A recipe from AnaChef
My “perfect” Cup Of Coffee (V60)
I’ve gotten into specialty coffee, and I’ve been trying to find the perfect recipe for my taste. This is a recipe I’ve been working on for a while, it’s a “1:12” ratio, so 1 gram of coffee per 12 grams of water Also, it can work with all roasts but I prefer a “medium roast”
Ingredients
| Coffee | 25 g |
| Water | 175 ml |
| Ice Cubes | 175 g |
Steps
- Add the coffee in the grinder and make sure it’s on “Pour-over” grind size.
should feel like coarse salt (if pre-ground).

- Grind the coffee.

- Put the filter in the cone and pour hot water to rinse (not counting the 175g), and discard.

- Once added, level the bed.

- Add ~175g of ice to the server and add back the cone.

- “Bloom” the coffee by adding 50g of water (double the amount of coffee) and wait 30 Seconds

- After, add another 50g of water

- after 15 seconds, add another 50g of water
- Last step, add a final 25g of water to bring the total to 175g/ml of water added
